Got some shampoo, it's good
Needed new shampoo so I grabbed the Repair Shampoo here. It came in about 4 days, which was pretty standard. The shampoo smells nice and actually made my hair feel softer, which is a win. I was a little worried about ordering online, but it all worked out fine. Pretty happy with it, will probably get it again when this bottle runs out.
Always reliable, great products
I've ordered from Yves Rocher AT several times now, and they're consistently good. This time I got the Anti-Age Global serum, and it's just as good as I remember. Shipping was fast again, just like my last order for the Hydra Vegetal line. They always pack things well, so nothing arrived damaged. It's why I keep coming back, honestly.

Ordered some Monoi de Tahiti. Arrived quickly, took 3 days to get to me. Product was as expected. No issues.
Solid skincare, delivery could improve
I purchased the Riche Creme day and night set. The products themselves are really nice for my dry skin, felt luxurious without being too heavy. I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time though; it took 6 days to reach Vienna, which felt a little long compared to other online stores I use. Everything was well-packaged, and the items were correct, so no complaints there. Customer service was fine when I had a quick question about tracking. Overall, good value for the quality, but they could speed up shipping a bit.
